Cylindrical roller thrust bearings

The Cylindrical roller thrust bearings and the needle roller thrust bearings are applied to take axial loads. They have a high load capacity.The seat ring and the shaft ring of them are made of bearing steel. The cage material can be copper base alloy, aluminum alloy, steel or plastic.The Cylindrical roller thrust bearings made in LYXS use copper base alloy as the basic cage material. Aluminum alloy, carbon steel and plastic are also available on the request of the clients. In that case, some special suffix should be appended to the bearing codes to show the difference. LYXS provides the thrust needle roller-cage assemblages of RTL brand. The cage of the assemblages can be pressed from low carbon steel plate or plastic injection molding or made by steel-chopping machine.The clients can order for whole sets of bearings or order for the seat rings, shaft rings, or cylindrical roller-cage (needle roller-cage) assemblages alone.When mounting, any deviation between the shaft and the axial line of the bore should be avoided. If possible, the surface of the bearing washer should be fully supported. The block shoulder should have enough rigidity and be straightly vertical to the rotating axial line. In order to avoid elastic deformation, the height of the shaft shoulder should at least reach the center of the inner-row rollers in the seat ring, or reach the center of the outer-row rollers along the shaft ring.The minimum loads offered should be 0.2% of the basic dynamic load ratings.
